CHITRANGADA SINGH BOLLYWOOD ACTRESS BIOGRAPHY

Date of Birth : 28 March 1976, Meerut, India                    

Biography :
Chitrangda began her career as a model prior to making the transition to the silver screen. Chitrangda also acted in the 2005 film Kal: Yesterday and Tomorrow (2005).

She took a break from acting from 2005 to 2008 after her marriage to Indian golfer Jyoti Randhawa. She made her film acting comeback with the leading role opposite Sanjay Suri in the film Sorry Bhai! (2008) Her recent release was Sudhir Mishra's Yeh Saali Zindagi (2011).

CHITRANGADA SINGH WORKOUT & DIET

Chitrangda follows a healthy and well balanced diet and does not believe in crash diets or starving to get slim. 

She follows a diet low in fat and high in protein with five meals a day at regular intervals
Chitrangda does not follow a regular workout due to her shooting schedules but she follows her workout with full dedication and trains for one and half hour four days a week when at home.
