    Olympic barbell curls with 55 kg of weight: 10 sets of 4-8 reps
    Barbell curls with weights 32 kg: 10 sets of 4-8 reps
    Reverse curls with weight 30 kg: 10 sets of 4-8 reps
    Close grip barbell presses: 10 sets of 4-8 reps
